Integrating Inclusive Technology in the K-12 Classroom
Project Description:
As an instructional designer and educator, I am leading a transformative e-learning project to empower K-12 educators to integrate inclusive technology effectively into their teaching practices. The project addresses educators' critical need to enhance student engagement, accessibility, and learning outcomes through comprehensive guidance and practical strategies. Collaborating with assistant principal Sara Hernandez, who brings expertise in inclusive practices and technology integration, ensures alignment with the project's objectives and enhances its impact on educators and students.
The ongoing e-learning course, structured around four key modules covering foundational concepts, technology tools and applications, research insights, and practical implementation strategies, aims to provide educators with a deep understanding of inclusive technology and practical skills for its effective integration. The project timeline includes phases such as needs analysis, course design, multimedia development, and implementation, culminating in submitting a fully developed instructional solution. This project showcases my instructional design, technology integration, and stakeholder collaboration expertise to address real-world educational challenges and enhance teaching practices.
